भारत ने ब्रिटिश सरकार से 15 अगस्त 1947 को स्वतंत्र देश बन गया. देश स्वतंत्रता, लेकिन संविधान नहीं था के लिए संविधान बनाने और गणतंत्र डॉ. राजेंद्र प्रसाद की अध्यक्षता में एक समिति 1947 में बनाया गया था हो. इस समिति के लिए भारत अपने संवैधानिक स्वतंत्रता देने के लिए जिम्मेदार था. के बाद समिति ने एक रिपोर्ट में 3 साल के बाद यह देश के लिए निर्णय की घोषणा करने का फैसला किया गया था. तो 26 जनवरी 1950 को भारत ने अपने संविधान के लिए मजबूर किया और एक गणतंत्र देश बन गया.

भारत एक लोकतांत्रिक देश है और हम सभी को स्वतंत्रता है करने के लिए स्वतंत्र रूप से स्वतंत्र रूप से चलने के लिए और आज़ादी से बात करते रहते हैं. हम अभिव्यक्ति की स्वतंत्रता हम धर्म की स्वतंत्रता है. हम का पालन करें और किसी भी धर्म या भाषा और कोई नहीं हमारे संवैधानिक अधिकार में हस्तक्षेप कर सकते हैं में विश्वास कर सकते हैं. लोकतंत्र अपनी खुद की अवधि और भारत है कि हमें स्वतंत्रता देने पर अपना जीवन जीने की स्वतंत्रता का मतलब है. आप भारत में कहीं भी रहने की अनुमति लेने की जरूरत नहीं है, आप कहीं भी रह सकते हैं.
एक हाथ में लोकतंत्र पर हमारे जीवन जीने के लिए स्वतंत्र रूप से और दूसरी ओर हम भी संवैधानिक अधिकार और संवैधानिक अधिकार में किसी भी तरह के अपराध के लिए बाध्य कर रहे हैं पर हमें सज़ा के लिए अनुमति देता है का नेतृत्व करेंगे. इस प्रकार एक एक लोकतांत्रिक देश होने के नाते नहीं कह सकते हैं इसका मतलब यह नहीं है कि भारत अपने नागरिक दूसरे के जीवन में हस्तक्षेप के लिए मजबूर नहीं है, हम सब इस संविधान के लिए बाध्य कर रहे हैं और अन्य लोगों में दूसरों के लोकतांत्रिक और संवैधानिक अधिकार हस्तक्षेप की अनुमति नहीं
